Network Insights: Used Car Dealer Network Analysis

To help players in the automotive industry to efficiently manage their used car business and significantly reduce costs, Promotor has developed innovative solution packages based on regional data. The highlight product "Network Insights: Used Car Dealer Network Analysis" is aimed specifically at automobile manufacturers and importers.

First, the market area or dealer network is comprehensively analyzed with regard to used car sales on the basis of DAT and market data.

The performance of the dealer network is then compared with DAT sales prices using various key figures in order to identify strengths and optimization potential. The results are summarized in neutral used car performance reports, independent of the individual dealer data. Used car advice in the trade

The focus product "Used Car Advice in Retail" developed specifically for car dealerships offers tailor-made solutions for optimizing used car processes. Promotor uses exclusive DAT data to first carry out a digital, regional dealer performance scan and analyze the processes on site. On this basis, optimization suggestions and concrete goals are developed together with the dealer.

The implementation of the measures is also controlled by individually adapted DAT data and then brought to success on site with the Promotor professionals for used car performance. These targeted adjustments almost always lead to significantly higher returns and better processes. Just in time for Automechanika, Promotor is presenting a new, contemporary training product for the automotive trade: "Training for young managers in car dealerships". This program sets new standards in the qualification of managers and aims to secure the future of the automotive industry despite fluctuation, a shortage of skilled workers and a lack of managers. A key feature of the training is an AI-based personality analysis, which, together with HR specialists, supports the individual development of the participants. The training takes place in a blended learning format that combines classroom and e-learning. The training includes classroom training, digital learning modules and practical project tasks that sustainably improve the everyday working life of young managers.

Service report – calculation & aftersales

The "Service Report - Calculation & Aftersales" will be available as a subscription in the future and is one of the new highlights in Frankfurt. It supports automobile manufacturers and importers in analyzing their national and international service networks. The report enables a detailed comparison of the company's own workshop network with regional competitors and thus also serves as an efficient control instrument for area managers. The report is based on SilverDAT 3 data on damage calculations, hourly rates and manufacturer-specific parts prices, supplemented by data from the FairGarage workshop portal and anonymized and aggregated data from the company's own vehicle brands. This can sustainably increase sales revenue and improve the utilization of workshops.
